January 1988 Update + Street Fighter II Turbo

Street Fighter II Turbo has been voted into the reviews early, thus it has been added; there may be more commentary on a future update.

Aside from this, January 1988 saw the release of Karnov and Renegade, and honestly, I couldn't really decide which was better.  Renegade was released before Double Dragon, however, and felt like the same game, so I would say that would be the better option of the two.
